In dieser Modifikation wird die Forelli-Gang erweitert und in Bezug auf die Formation ernster.
Die Forelli's werden jetzt in folgenden Gebieten erscheinen:
- Portland View;
- Saint Mark's;
- Chinatown;
- Red Light District;
- Hepburn Heights;
- Harwood;
- Cedar Grove.
Die Mafia wird jetzt fahren:
- Forelli ExSess
Der Sentinel wird durch den Forelli ExSess ersetzt.
Die Forelli-Mafia ist nicht aggressiv gegenüber dem Spieler, und die Mafia benutzt eine Pistole, um zu kämpfen.

In this modification, the Forelli gang will be expanded, more serious in terms of formation.
The Forelli's will now appear in:

- Red Light District;

- Cedar Grove.
Mafia will now ride:
- Forelli ExSess
The Sentinel will be replaced by the Forelli ExSess.
The Forelli Mafia is not aggressive towards the player, and the Mafia uses a pistol to fight.
