In The Lost and Damned fühlte sich das Regina-Auto nie wie ein echtes "Eimer" an, außer beim Geräusch des Motors. Dieses Mod löst das Problem — jetzt erhält das Auto seinen eigenen Charakter und Aussehen, das zum Stil des Spiels passt.
Sowohl die Standard-Regina als auch die saubere Version von Thundersmacker wurden aktualisiert. Alles wurde so gestaltet, dass es so lore-freundlich und atmosphärisch wie möglich ist, ohne unpassende Details.
Zur Bequemlichkeit der Spieler kommt das Mod in mehreren Versionen — von HQ-Texturen für leistungsstarke PCs bis zu LQ-Versionen für schwächere Systeme.
