Installation:
- Öffnen Sie ES File Explorer, wählen Sie Interner Speicher, dann Android, dann obb. Suchen Sie den Ordner mit dem Grand Theft Auto: Vice City-Symbol und geben Sie ihn ein. Benennen Sie die Dateien darin um und fügen Sie am Ende „.obb“ hinzu. Öffnen Sie dann das komprimierte Archiv und extrahieren Sie die Dateien mit dem Namen „gta3hi“ (insgesamt 10 Dateien mit diesem Namen) aus dem Ordner texdb in der .obb-Datei. Entpacken Sie sie nach android/data/com.rockstargames.gtavc/files. Wenn Sie nach dem Komprimieren beenden, löschen Sie „.zip“, um das Archiv in seinen ursprünglichen Zustand zurückzusetzen. Wenn Sie dies nicht tun, können Sie das Spiel nicht betreten. Bearbeiten Sie als Nächstes die Dateien in diesem Archiv und txd.zip (Texturkarten für Gebäude).
- Öffnen Sie TXD TOOL, klicken Sie auf das erste Symbol in der unteren rechten Ecke in gta3hi.txt, wählen Sie Uncompressed 32bpp, klicken Sie dann auf Alle Bilder auswählenund klicken Sie auf das Häkchen. Klicken Sie als Nächstes auf Texturkarten überlagern (einfach überlagern Sie die Texturen).

Installation:
- Open ES File Explorer, select Internal Storage, then Android, then obb. Find the folder with the Grand Theft Auto: Vice City icon and enter it. Rename the files inside and add ".obb" at the end. Then open the compressed archive and extract the files named "gta3hi" (10 files with this name in total) from the texdb folder in the .obb file. Unzip them to android/data/com.rockstargames.gtavc/files. If you exit after compressing, delete the ".zip" to return the archive to its original state. If you don't, you won't be able to enter the game. Next, process the files in this archive and txd.zip (texture maps for buildings).
- Open TXD TOOL, click on the first icon in the bottom right corner in gta3hi.txt, select Uncompressed 32bpp, then click on Select All Images, and click on the check mark. Next, click on Overlay Texture Maps (just overlay the textures).
