Installation:
Legen Sie die Datei in OpenIV ab: mods\/update\/x64\/dlcpacks und
gehen Sie dann zu dlclist und fügen Sie am Ende diese Zeile ein dlcpacks:\/monarovxr\/

Installation:
Drop the file into OpenIV: mods/update/x64/dlcpacks and
then go to dlclist and at the end insert this line <Item>dlcpacks:/monarovxr/</Item>
