Anleitung:
- CLEO+ v1.2.0 oder neuer erforderlich
- Lege den Ordner MissionBalancingTool in deinen modloader-Ordner
- Öffne die .ini-Datei und folge den Anweisungen.

Instructions:
- CLEO+ v1.2.0 or newer required
- Place the folder MissionBalancingTool in your modloader folder
- Open the .ini file and follow the instructions.
