Dieser Mod fügt GTA: Vice City einen neuen spielbaren Charakter hinzu – Barack Obama, den 44. Präsidenten der Vereinigten Staaten. Das Modell wurde unter Berücksichtigung des ursprünglichen Stils des Spiels erstellt und ersetzt das Standardaussehen von Tommy in einem blauen Anzug (player2.dff). Die Modifikation ist für die mobile Version des Spiels (Android) angepasst und erfordert grundlegende Kenntnisse im Umgang mit .img- und .txd-Dateien. The model is made taking into account the original style of the game and replaces the standard appearance of Tommy in a blue suit (player2.dff).
